    great access to parks and attractions for city explorers

    I loved the amazing views from my room and the convenient walk to Josefwiese, just a short stroll away. The spaciousness of the room added to the comfort, allowing me to feel right at home .

    The restaurant was nice with a very good breakfast and restaurant here, I had excellent dishes. The location was marvellous with a bus station minutes from the accommodation.

    I liked nothing. No good reason to recommend this hotel.

    Despite having a reservation - reception could not locate the booking - I was kept waiting. The Junior suite did not have airconditioning, No access to Executive Lounge (as indicated in website), No i-Pod docking station, No tea/Coffee maker, the mini bar was empty! The view was horrendous - construction work all around. Room service was appalling - food served was despicable.

    The view from the 11th floor was amazing, and the staff made us feel special with their attentive service. The comfortable lounge area was perfect for relaxing after a long day.

    A cozy stay with a twist

    We discovered a fantastic local restaurant just a short walk from the hotel. The vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff.

    Unfortunately, our room was cold due to a malfunctioning heater. Even with an electric heater provided, we struggled to find comfort during the night.

    Good service, very good food, clean and comfortable rooms

    Location is not ideal. You need to take a taxi to the city centre. It costs about £25 each way. There is a lot of building work around the hotel.

    All the details, none of the fluff

    I spent a good two nights enjoying the club level service near the concert stadium. The breakfast spread was good, and the staff were kind. Despite initial hiccups with room placements, the accommodating front desk staff made everything seamless. Just a bit off the center, but very accessible! A solid stay!

    very good staff . clean and new . good fitness centre.

    Location is not so good in spite of its a one station away from the main station but you have to walk about 10-15 min. to reach to the station.there is no places to go around the hotel site eccept the super market which is about 200 mtr. from the hotel.

    The property was well-appointed and exceptional with very responsive staff at the reception desk. The room was tastefully decorated and brand-new with comfortable beds, great views plus breakfast is served because an airline pilot was told to "go to the lounge ". The location was quiet - just 5 minutes' walk from a night club. The area was relaxing close to Technopark tram stop and Zurich in March 9th.

    Spacious room, really good staff with fine views, made our stay good with access to a well-equipped fitness center, while the hotel's close proximity to public transportation made exploring the city easy.

    For us it was ideal.

    Airy units and very courteous staff at the reception desk. Plenty of food for breakfast including breads and cheese. Particularly good and perfect setting in the very quiet area, not far from a business area with lots of other business hotels, the Old Town and the center of Zurich by taking the number 4 tram.
